Hosted by Sarah Rusnak Yoga
Open to all humans regardless of experience, age, and body styles.
The summer has been busy and we want to take the opportunity give you the care you have shown to all your loved ones this season! This is a weekend of self care and nature. Move your body with yoga, nature walks, and paddling. Eat food that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Go glamping without all the work. We have it planned and all the work taken care of for you so you can rest! Plus it is the full moon and the views will be spectacular.
Meet us at the water’s edge in Kaslo, BC.
We will paddle across to our lake to our weekend home.
Awake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee. We will enjoy a beautiful morning with yoga and a warm breakfast.
The day will unfold based upon our group’s desires. There will be opportunity for more yoga and movement, walks, and paddling on the lake. Enjoying lunch between our activities.
Being in nature is an opportunity to slow down and listen to what our bodies need. We hope to bring you space and structure that you are craving throughout the day.
The evening will bring more mindful practices and a delicious dinner.
We will wake up in the morning and enjoy our breakfast by the water. After some morning yoga and movement we will begin to pack our belongings for the paddle back to Kaslo.
Once we arrive at our starting point, you will be free to leave, explore Kaslo or go as a group to lunch in town. The choice will be yours.
