One Wild Life

Coaching and Floating the Green River

October 5 - 12, 2025

Being in wild places connects you to your core self.

Are you in transition? On the verge in your life or work? Ready to figure out your purpose?

Discover yourself in Labyrinth Canyon. This is a low impact expedition for those seeking less physical exertion. Beginners are welcome! This trip will be guided by One Wild Life Coaching coaches and Breakwater Expeditions.

Your Coach

Liz Hardwick - A deep and compassionate listener, Liz offers powerful questions to her clients that will help them access the truest version of themselves.

Having spent a great deal of her life outside, she brings communities together and creates the space for connection. Starting with her leadership within NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School), she developed a love for supporting others to go deeper and farther within themselves. She believes in profound transformation within the outdoors is a path into radically loving and becoming more than you ever thought possible.

Supporting this trip will be yours truly, Angie of Breakwater Expeditions. Backcountry gourmet extraordinaire and the bad-ass canoe guide we love! Angie will show up with excitement and joy to bring you down her favorite river and show you the ways of being unplugged and connected to the flow of the river.
