Virginia Jreisat
After earning her Master’s in Counseling from Northwestern University, and gaining experience in both private practice and coaching settings, Virginia decided to dedicate her career to helping clients, family systems, and professional organizations navigate times of transition and change.
As an LCPC and Certified Life Coach, Virginia’s work is rooted in the belief that transformation requires both reflection and action. Her style is empathetic, direct, and human. By encouraging clients to challenge critical self-talk, negative coping skills, and limiting belief systems, she supports them stepping into more grounded, curious and confident versions of themselves. Virginia believes that change happens when we’re willing to get a little uncomfortable, and that we all deserve a safe space to explore what’s next.
Many of the individuals she supports are neurodiverse or navigating delayed independence. She is especially skilled in helping individuals and their family systems overcome stagnation and build the momentum needed to establish autonomy, create developmentally appropriate routines, and build healthy relationships.
In addition to client work, Virginia provides corporate training and program consultation services for organizations seeking to strengthen their mental health, coaching, or leadership development initiatives. She specializes in designing and delivering interactive, psychologically informed workshops and strategic consultations that help leaders and teams foster healthier work cultures, emotional intelligence, and effective communication with their clients and on their teams
When she’s not working, you can find her walking Chicago’s lakefront, traveling to new countries, or practicing a new language—always learning and always curious.
